Privacy policy

Identification data (name, ID document, date of birth), contact details (email, phone, address), driver's license data and billing information. At handover we also record the vehicle's condition and, where relevant, damage photographs.

To manage your booking and rental agreement, verify your identity and license, issue the corresponding invoice, and contact you about the contracted service.

We only send marketing communications with your express consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

With the vehicle's insurer in the event of a claim, with the authorities where required by law, and with payment processors to complete the transaction. We do not sell personal data.

Agreement data is retained for the legal tax and civil limitation period. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

You may request access, rectification, erasure or object to processing by writing to reservas@flexyride.do. We will respond within the periods set by law.
