One monthly statement, not an invoice per rental
When the month closes you get a single document with every rental your team took, broken down by cost centre, and the total due. Download it, print it, and it reaches you by email too.
Rent on credit, no card
Your team picks «Bill my company» and confirms the rental without entering a card. We agree the credit days and the limit, and the available balance is on screen before they book.
A cost centre on every rental
If you need it, we require the cost centre at booking: no rental gets through without one, and your statement arrives already split by centre.
You decide who can book on your account
Authorize the whole team or only the people you name. Every rental records who asked for it.
Agreed rate and tax receipt
A negotiated rate applied automatically to every booking, and the Dominican tax receipt (NCF) with your company's RNC and legal name.
Delivery wherever your team is
We bring the cars to your office, your visitor's hotel or the airport, and collect them there. Insurance and unlimited mileage included, as always.
